Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

UK SHIPPING

Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country.

Soul of Solace is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, shipping addresses cannot be changed.
