Due to the limited nature of our releases, Soul of Solace does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition to be eligible for review.

Soul of Solace reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
